Orders within the continental United States typically take 4-7 business days or less. You will received a confirmation of your order via email. You will also receive an email with USPS tracking information, once the order has been shipped.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are shipped via USPS. Processing orders typically takes about 3-4 business days & Shipping takes approximately 4-6 business days almost anywhere in the continental USA - Depending on where you live you should receive your order within 4-7 days. We ship USPS First Class.
Do you ship international orders?
Yes. Make sure and select your country – for USA you don’t need to do anything, for Canada, flat rate is $9 for all others $15. International orders can take up to two weeks - depending on a number of variables. In some cases, shirts have been held up in customs - but typically, it takes under 8 business days in even the farthest countries from the USA. We ship from Chicago, IL., which is in the center of the USA.
Will I receive an email confirmation?
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation of the purchase. Following that, you will receive an email with tracking information for your items. What is your return policy?
At 24Tee we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive your new Tee and it is not what you expected, please return it within 10 days at no extra cost. All international sales on tees are final. Items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or an exchange. Note that the shipping fee is not refundable. We cannot accept clothing that has been worn or washed for returns or exchanges. Please return the items in the original shipping container and we will assist you with the process.
